Grapes are carefully handpicked in early October.
Fermented at a temperature between 25 to 28 degrees.
Aged for 18 months in barrels and has been bottled for 6 months for further maturation.
This dry red features an intense ruby red color with hints of violet hues.
Complex aromas of red fruits, vinous and spices.
Full-bodied with velvety smooth texture and well-balanced tannins and acids.
Serve with meaty Italian dishes like beef tortellini or salami pasta bake.
Keep well for up to 5 to7 years if stored in a cool, dark spot, on its side.
Serve at a temperature between 16 to 18 degrees for best results.
